Merit Solutions is looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 Financial Consultant to join our growing team! Third and last, it is always said that during a wake, people may bring flowers to the bereaved family but only a Financial Consultant brings the beacon of hope that will allow the family to begin a new life again. For example, for the month of August, the agents are being encouraged to recruit new Financial Consultants for a chance to receive a reward of at least P500 per new agent. But first things first, to become a Financial Consultant, you must have the time for the business. You must be able to commit at least 15 hours per week if you want to start as a part-time Financial Consultant.
After passing the licensing exam, you are on your way to becoming a Financial Consultant. Becoming a Financial Consultant is also equivalent to becoming a student for the rest of your life because the financial industry is continuously evolving and we need to be always updated. A consultant takes the time to really do a thorough job identifying problems before offering solutions. A good consultant will always walk away from a situation where they feel doesn’t make sense.
Part of the process in working with the prospective client is trying to determine if the consultant is a fit. A consultant at heart knows that if the process is done correctly the prospective client is been put in a great place to make the decision on their own without any pressure from the advisor. There is a mixture of commission driven/fee driven salespeople and consultants in the financial services business.
