An official notification is out from the Financial Services, Ministry of Finance regarding the recruitment of various Clerk, Assistant & Stenographer Posts. I get through to them and they tell me they will call me back but never do so i have decided to speak to the finance company as advised… i am waiting on a form to come out from them i have been advised they can penalize Aquashield for everday they fail to attend to my problem, on that basis it could be a costly exercise as its been 28 days almost.
Well, I wrote a letter to the finance company (hitachi) and complained which under the consumer act i can hold the finance company equally responsible, after a week i got a call from aquashield saying they wanted to come out and rectify the problems i had, next day a guy showed up and replaced a few tiles replaced some felt and then re-coated my roof, it hasn’t rained since so i have no idea if it worked or not but im keeping my fingers crossed.
We did find out that if we do end up in court, the Landlord will likely owe us even more money since our lease was broken numerous times (didn’t do our yearly carpet cleaning despite our asking, didn’t get things fixed in a timely manner and, of course, this Property Manager who thought he could just forego Florida law and bully us out of our home).
There are some employees at the Department of the Treasury who continue to misdirect many of the documents which is presented by a secured party to the Secretary of the Treasury by mislabeling them as Treasury Securities (they are not Treasury Securities ) then they are forwarded to the Bureau of Public Debt rather then send them to the Analysis and Control Division of the IRS and the UCC Contract Trust.
I agree financially they act the same its funny how first they took so long to file my extra funds that I got denied and then was supposed to release my funds by this last Friday and instead received a letter stating if I’m qualified then ill received my excess funds in up to 14 days they are scam and I heard from a lot that they do hold on to excess funds when legally they aren’t allowed to and that came from the mouth of my finance advisor!
